Licensing and Reproductions
The Historical Society is committed to making its permanent collection accessible to researchers and the general public. Fees associated with prints or licensing go to the ongoing costs of preservation and collections care.

Set-Up/Scanning Fee: A one-time set-up fee of $25 applies for scans of 1-10 standard size prints, negatives or transparencies. Larger orders will be quoted upon request.
Prints: Professional prints are available through the Historical Society - for personal use only - at the following prices:

Prices apply to both color and black-and-white prints. Custom sizes and finishes (including giclee or lithograph prints) may be available and will be quoted upon request. Prints will be available for pick up at the Historical Society. Shipping costs quoted on request.
Use Fees: For personal use or not-for-profit educational use that does not include subsequent reproduction, publication or long-term public display, no usage fees apply, although set up and reproduction fees do.
Images may be licensed for uses other than personal at the following prices, per image:

All copies of photographs or documents from the Historical Society’s archives (whether physical prints or digital files) will be sent only after payment has been received. Each transaction also requires a signed Photograph Duplication Agreement stating the agreed upon use of each item.
